Dislikes: -My husband had the worse allergic reaction to the bed sheets. Don’t know what chemicals y’all are using but we have stayed many places and have never had that problem. -The noise from the construction that started at 3AM EVERY MORNING. -The fact there’s only ONE mirror in the entire unit. -The DISGUSTING throw up stain on the bed and smears of an unknown substances all over the walls. -How filthy the couch was, crumbs and feathers all over. -No door=water everywhere. There are NO shelves in the shower? How disgusting we have to put our soaps on the floor of the shower when the shower floor doesn’t look clean with the mold growing. -Only provided one roll of toilet paper. - The water and ice dispenser on the refrigerator doesn’t work. -The entrance door to get into the building, the one you need a code for, that door was broken for a few days so anyone could get in the building. -And to top it all off, the morning of checkout( checkout is at 10am I had an email with checkout instructions) at 9:14AM a woman from house keeping starts knocking on the door saying housekeeping over and over and doesn’t even give me 30 seconds to get to the door before she starts putting the door code in to get in! Didn’t have one interaction from employment the entire week we were there but they want to enter our unit while we are taking showers and getting dressed the morning of checkout? Yeah that was really unprofessional for her to do that. Likes: -The unit had a kitchen

Clean and affordable, and 15 min walk from sights
Great experience. The condo was much nicer than a hotel and to our surprise it was also cheaper. Located so close to Bourbon St and other attractions we ended up being able to leave my vehicle in a secure parking garage and walk everywhere. Updated and clean kitchen and bathroom. Went to NO for the National WW2 Musuem, which was only a 8 min drive. I personally dont care to much for the city, but the condo made it a wonderful stay. Definetly would stay here again.

This property looks very nice. But unfortunately, beauty is more than skin deep. After the initial “Wow, this place is great”, reality sets in. The problems we encountered: 1. WiFi was terrible. Front desk person said on Saturday they couldn’t fix it until Monday, but we heard nothing on Monday. 2. Balcony door lock was broken. Security risk. 3. Coffee pot was cracked. 4. Shower fans and a bathroom light were broken. 5. Shower head sprayed water directly onto floor (open door design). 6. Inadequate seating in LR for 5 guests.
