Molesworth Cottage - Central location & close to beach

Welcome to our cosy cottage located in the heart of New Plymouth.
Our relaxed beach-style home is perfect for families, small groups, or anyone looking to explore the best of the Taranaki region. Just a short stroll to the vibrant downtown area, you'll have easy access to local cafes, shops, and the iconic coastal walkway. Not to mention walking distance to fabulous swimming beaches.

Inside, you'll find a welcoming space with a comfy couch and french doors opening to the front porch. The fully equipped kitchen, including Nespresso pod machine, has a basic stock of ingredients for your convenience.

Three nicely sized bedrooms each have a queen or king-sized bed, of which two have plenty of wardrobe and drawer space.

Carport parking for a small-medium sized vehicle is at the rear of the cottage. A lockable garden shed is available for use for those travelling with bikes, golf clubs or surf boards etc.

Please let us know if you need an early check-in or later check-out, and we will try our best to accommodate your request.

Loved the cosiness of the cottage and all the little extras that were included in the bathroom and bedrooms. Heating was adequate for winter weekend stay - and beautify beds and bedding to sleep in. Kitchen was perfect for our family needs and everyone had some space to hang out.

Kara was very welcoming in her communication before our stay. Once we arrived we immediately felt comfortable. The beds are all very comfortable with quality linen. The cottage has all the essentials, and more - modern TV which my son loved, thoughtful touches with family friendly essentials like sunscreen and pamol. Everyone in the family was impressed. Gorgeous wee cottage; great central location

Our family of 6 left our car at the cottage and easily walked to Puke Ariki via the coastal walkway, to the Cycle Inn to rent bikes, and to town for dinner. The cottage is beautifully presented & generously stocked. We loved it!
