Needs coffee maker!!
Room neat and clean. But items not in room like a clock, shampoo, and what we missed most was no coffee maker in the morning.

The bedding was dirty and disgusting had food and other things all over it. Only hot one tile that was dirty in the room for two people on a two night stay. Did request for clean towels and was denied not only denied they proceeded to argue with me and say it was my problem. Also was told I would be refunded and still have not received a penny for only one night not both nights because I had to find a new hotel for the second night I would not stay there again. I do not recommend for any family or respectable people to stay in this hotel for any reason it is absolutely disgusting.

DON'T DO IT
This was a nightmare from the second I walked in. The lady at the front desk was dishonest and rude and could not possibly care any less about customer service. I travel extensively for work around the nation and Motel 6 is always a hit or miss. Either it blows your mind how wonderful and clean it is or it is just downright nasty. This place was held together with bubblegum and duct tape for sure. The lady first said that they didn't have any rooms AFTER I paid in advance for a room. Then I said, that's impossible because I already paid in advance with a note advising of a later evening arrival time. Then she said that they could keep the money and cancel any reservation without reason. When we arrived at about 8pm, the rooms were not clean and ready, 3 other patrons kept coming back with keys that didn't work and when I contacted Hotels.com they said that I was already checked in, which was another lie. The lobby was dirty and skeevy and smelled of mold. I can overlook a lot but the poor attitude and dishonest nature of the staff was the last straw. Then no one checked IDs and she just pushed a card over the counter and said the room number we're in. You don't even get what you pay for at this place. It's a dive, just don't do it. The Quality Inn about a mile up the road was so much better with much better customer service and a nicer place. This Motel 6 should be banned from third party platforms like hotels.com.
