Great location in revitilized downtown New Port Richey and Sims Park. Queen room was small and a bit noisy but clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful.

We love downtown areas of small towns and this is perfectly situated within walking distance of all the nightlife. Still, it's quiet and peaceful and the historical significance is an added bonus. The only question: Why have cheap, plastic toilet seats in such a posh bathroom? Sounds petty until it's not! :) Still, we had so much fun and we will be back!
