Important Information Regarding Beach Restoration
Thank you for considering a stay with us.
Beach restoration is currently underway in our area. This necessary project is designed to improve our coastline, but it brings some temporary changes to our beach experience.
What to Expect:
You may see, hear, and feel vibrations from heavy machinery (bulldozers, pipes) on the beach, especially during business hours. We believe in transparency and want to ensure you have all the information to decide if this is the right time for your visit. While the work is intended to be completed behind our complex by April 8th, there still may be work being done south of us. As a result, last minute bookings are discounted during this time and reflected in the rate shown.

This family friendly, newly updated and open concept space makes it a favorite. It's located on the 4th floor overlooking the pool with excellent ocean views. Sunrises and shuttle launches can be seen from this southeastern facing panorama. All new flooring throughout this condo with a gorgeous porcelain tile and paint updates give the space a modernized relaxing beach vibe. The kitchen is appointed with all the cookware essentials of home and includes a large custom island. The master bedroom has an excellent ocean view and king size bed and Smart TV with Spectrum Cable. The second bedroom, decorated in a "surf" motif, has one queen bed, one twin bed, and a large Smart TV. The second bathroom has a just updated tub/shower combo with new vanity and lighting. New front door and updated locks for a secure sleep. Condo comes equipped with all the linens you'll need including beach towels.
This unit has a variety of board games, puzzles, dvd movies, books, TV and DVD player in the family room. The full sized washer/dryer is an added bonus.

Unit Supplies: There will be a starter supply of toilet paper and hand soap when you arrive but you may need to purchase paper and cleaning products (paper towels, laundry detergent, toilet paper, etc.) as needed.

Wonderful location

This was a fantastic place to take our children for spring break. It was quiet and felt safe. The only reason I rated the manager low was due to lack of communication. I did not receive check in or check out info. When I called to get help with a small issue I could never get in touch with them.

Weather was Cold, Stay comfortable but not very Clean

I was excited to get away to one of our favorite beaches while we had some work done at our home several hours away. Immediately I was very uncomfortable wit the fact that the house cleaner was in the condo after check-in time which was 3p. I had originally asked for early check-in and did not receive a response about that. We arrived at 3:30p, and the cleaner was still getting things done. She then has to leave and come back. I noticed a few things throughout the stay that were a bit uncomfortable... 1- there was not extra toilet paper and tissue paper except for one roll. Luckily I travel with some (military habits) and was able to make it through the week. There were no visibly accessible garbage bags to empty the trash can and have a fresh bag. Again I had extra and didn’t find the ones they had until the last day. 2- there were some places that had not been cleaned, such as the microwave and oven which were disgustingly dirty. 3- the sliding glass door did NOT lock. At all. Not even with a piece of wood to block it off as a safety mechanism. It was bothersome. I was up checking on the condo and my child repeatedly. Scary. Other than those main things, the place had so many useful utensils, plates, cups, towels, and blankets that one could need. Too many dang remote controls for the televisions but I’m glad they had televisions rather than not have them. The kids room was radically AWESOME. 4 beds and an extra mattress. Pretty cool. The amenities at the condo were extravagant. NO hot tub... Let me repeat... NO hot tub! Which sucked big time for me. The pool water was not heated so it was COLD all around. They did have a lot of games and DVDs for family and kids to play and watch. I assume it’s a family unit that still gets used since I saw several family pics... cute family! Wish check out could be at least 12p. I mean, who in their right mind wakes up and is ready to check out by 10a on vacation?!? đŸ€·đŸŒâ€â™€ïž Not the most modern VRBO but comfortable. Just need a better and more timely cleaner for the place, a new checkout time, heated pool or a jacuzzi (PLEASE) and a single remote for each TV. Thank you and Happy New Year!
