A106 If you're looking for a condo sure to please the whole family you won't want to miss this picture perfect 2 bed/2 bath oceanfront unit. Win-San's complex is the closest oceanfront condo to Flagler Avenue shopping, dining, and more! With just 42 units in this family friendly community, you'll have plenty of room to relax at the pool. The unit is clean and bright and the price is just right!

We call this unit a "ocean view flat". It's conveniently located on the ground floor, the unit is all on one level. This unit has amazing views of the ocean and the beach! The living room has slider doors that flow out to the pool/beach. The master is spacious with a King size bed where you can wake up to amazing views overlooking the ocean. The spare bedroom has a queen and a twin, both bedrooms have TV's for your viewing pleasure as well as the living room which has a queen size pull-out sofa bed so you can relax anywhere your choose after a long day in the sun. There are two full baths that allow for privacy for those staying in the master and a spare bathroom in the hall for guests. Washer and dryer are on site but not in the unit.

We pride ourselves on ensuring that every unit is clean and bright and this complex is no exception. Amenities such as sheets, towels, cookware allow you to just bring your suitcase. Management is available whether it's a question about your unit, or a restaurant recommendation, we are there to assist! Relaxing at WinSan

We found our first floor condo at WINSAN to be an excellent home away from home for January and February. The condo was nicely furnished, especially the kitchen. Also, the NSB Realty team were responsive and friendly if we needed assistance.

Location, Location, Location

This roomy two bedroom first floor condo is steps from the beach and ideally located within walking distance from restaurants, bars, 7/11 and shops. It's quiet and well maintained. NSB staff was prompt to help if anything needed to be done. The best part for us was the ocean view through the glass sliders.

Very nice view of the ocean from the patio, we found it well equipped, however the Unit needs screen door, and the off white area rugs need to be replaced.

We have stayed there three times now in different condos. This wasn't as well kept up as the previous ones. One of the toilets was leaking. We could not get the air to our liking and there were stains on the couch.

Winter stay

The location of the unit that we were in had a great location in the condo complex with a fantastic view of the ocean. The condo does need some updating. There wasn't a screen door on the sliding door, some of the cooking utensils were rusty. The mattress in the master bedroom was saggy and worn out. The biggest issue was the black mold in the master bedroom. When we notified Carly she came and checked the problem and got it taken care of quickly. We want to come back next year but do have some concerns .

There needs to be a few issues corrected in A-106. The microwave in the kitchen has a broken front door. It has been taped to try and hold it in place for the two winters we have stayed there. This past year it would not stay in place, it even came on by it's self several times. I don't believe this would even be considered safe! Cannot lock the sliding front doors. The tile floor needs to be professionally cleaned, it has little indentions in the tile that has dirt harden in them that needs to be cleaned. Overall this is a nice placed and I wouldn't want to hurt the owners feelings for anything, but especially the floor needs a good scrubbing ! The master bath should be updated! Check this out for yourself before calling the owner and see I'd you don't agree. I would also like to know the room rates for the two months before I sign a contract.
