Enjoy sunrises, walks on the beach, and ocean views from this newly renovated beachside 1-bedroom condo in New Smyrna Beach. The tranquil space features a king bed and a cool living room with a sofa bed, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.

Guests enjoy a brand-new kitchen and appliances with complimentary Keurig coffee and snacks. The kitchen is stocked with essential dining and cookware. A nice bathroom equipped with a hair dryer, full size tub/shower, with complimentary sunscreen and toiletries. This unit also has heating and AC to keep the temperature just right. Unwind on the balcony while relaxing and listening to the ocean waves.

Watch the beachside ocean sunrises while enjoying your morning coffee on the balcony. The bedroom features a king-sized bed with balcony access. The living room features brand-new furniture with a queen-size sofa sleeper. Dining area seats 4.

This spot offers a warm, comfortable beachside atmosphere. Beach chairs and towels are in the unit for your use while on the beach. This is one of the few Ocean Trillium units that overlooks both the pool and beach. Make your vacation one for the books with a stay at our place.

The condo is located 2 miles from popular Flagler Avenue in NSB, and a few miles north of Canaveral National Seashore. Comfortably sleeping up to 4 guests. Credit card laundry available on site located on the 1st floor of the building. There are Smart TV's in both living room and bedroom with complimentary high speed guest Wi-Fi.

24-hour contactless check-in makes accessing the unit a breeze with unique key coded smart lock. Ocean Trillium features an elevator to easily access this 2nd floor unit.

Free vehicle parking available on-site (no trailers allowed). A parking pass is required and will be provided in the unit upon check-in. The parking pass must be displayed on the dash of the vehicle immediately after checking in. If your vehicle doesn't have a parking pass it will be towed at your expense.

Bicycles are to be parked in the bike rack near the parking lot. Bike locks recommended.

No pets allowed per condominium association rules. ADA service animals are permitted with proper documentation.

No smoking or vaping is permitted in the unit or on premise - including the balcony, common areas, and pool area. Guests who smoke or vape will need to walk off the property to the public beach access located next to the property.

Communication was great with the host, we were actually able to check in early and that’s always a plus. The unit was very clean and VERY well stocked! The only complaint that I had was, the A/C unit was very loud. It’s inside of the condo and very loud for anyone sleeping on the couch but it worked fine. The view from the room was great. Easy access to the pool and to the beach.
