Welcome to the Palm and Sea Vista! This gorgeous 2 bedroom condo is on the poolside corner of Shorehom by the Sea's North building. The corner location offers a desirable view of the beach, ocean, and pool directly from the 2nd floor balcony. The condo has been completely updated and renovated with all new furniture and decor. Sleep 6 in this 2/2 with a King in the Master and a Queen with Twin Bunk in the Guest room. TVs are included in all bedrooms as well as in the living room.

A great drop-in location for a few days at the beach. Very quiet area, well-kept/clean and easy access to the beach and pool. Also we’re able to see a rocket launch atCape Canaveral from our deck on the last night! Would definitely stay again!

Recently updated condo was very clean and comfortable for our family. Cannot beat the location right on the beach. Really nice to see a condo property with actual dunes that have been taken care of with native plantings. Would definitely stay here again.

Florida Vacay Rentals went above and beyond. Recommend any of their properties, they are responsive, excellent and nice. Unit was spotless and well maintained. Extras such as toys for kids and watersports. Really excellent.

Relaxing getaway!

I was traveling to the area to get a beach weekend in with my sister and her youngest children. The property is absolutely gorgeous, with direct oceanfront access and views. Very clean and well-equipped with everything you could need. I like that it was a short, 10-minute drive to enjoy all the activities in the center of NSB, while allowing for a very quiet and relaxing stay at the property for me and my family. The management company is very thorough with communications; super easy checkin/checkout process. Would definitely book again!

picture perfect

This property is beautifully decorated and clean. We loved the natural light the unit has and that it overlooks the pool. It's in a more residential neighborhood than the condos we've stayed in before which were closer to downtown - this was a plus for the peacefulness of our stay. The only downside and reason for the 4 star rating is because it's not on the white sandy beach of New Smyrna - the beach had a lot of broken up shells on it - this wasn't a problem other than we didn't know the beach is different a few miles south of the driving beach - we enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back.

Oasis on the Atlantic

This condo is a perfect getaway for a couple, a family, or additional guests who drop in. The kitchen was magnificently stocked, clearly equipped by a cook themselves. The ocean was so close when the tide came in you felt you were right on top of it. Extraordinary sunrises even as we had misty rain daily, it was still a delight. We had guests drop in and even with our adult children with us from college, the condo was plenty big enough for 6. When we encountered a maintenance issue, they responded quickly. Pro tip, bring or buy your own trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent and dishwasher tabs. They provide only the first one of each. Wish we didn’t have to go out for each little thing for a week's stay. However, still grateful and would definitely book here again.

Fantastic view of the ocean, condo is beautifully and thoughtfully furnished. Amazingly clean! It was so convenient to have nice beach chairs and towels. Booking and check-in was a breeze. We decided to extend our stay and Florida Vacay made it so simple! We will be back!

The perfect beach retreat with all the comforts oh home AND all the amenities of a fancy vacation!

We had the best stay at this property! The condo was SO clean and inviting from the moment we walked in the door. We were greeted with fresh flowers and a bottle of wine so we knew we were in for a great stay! We were thrilled that the condo was stocked with everything and more we needed for our vacation making packing so much lighter! We were grateful that there were beach chairs ready to go. The beds were so comfortable and the linens softer than we expected! The view from the balcony was gorgeous and we enjoyed the most perfect sunrise. The on site condo property manager was so accommodating and helpful ensuring we had everything we needed. The property itself was so easy to get to, parking was seamless and we appreciated that the pool and beach were right there...no long walk! Booking was a breeze and we loved the email communication leading up to our stay as well as the local recommendations that were provided to make us feel like a local vs a tourist. We truly felt we were at “home” and enjoyed every second of our stay. The decor in this condo has been updated and we felt like Joanna Gaines could have been the designer! So relaxing and beautiful. We can’t wait to book our next stay!

5-Star Stay!

This is hands down the nicest and cleanest condo I have ever rented! My family had a short stay and it was so hard to leave. The condo is stylish, impeccably clean, and the view is incredible! The condo is on the corner overlooking the pool and the beach which was convenient for us to watch our kids from the balcony. Everything in the condo is updated and new. We are looking forward to renting this condo for a longer stay in NSB.

Fabulous Stay

This is a beautiful condo. The furnishings are great, very Beachy, soothing and comfortable. There is everything you could possibly ask for and then some! They truly thought of everything. We stayed 4 nights, and surely were not ready to leave. Beautiful beach, friendly people, check in and out easy. We will certainly come back very soon!
