What a wonderful facility and property! Incredible views of the morning sunrise and delightful evenings with many dinner options within walking distance. Flagler Ave has something for everyone, with shopping, restaurants, low key taverns, and a wonderful cigar bar. A great location for the young and old!

The kitchen light did not work. The panel was missing. The glass mirror is broken in the dining area. The drawers in the twin bedroom wouldnā€™t hardly open her clothes. I believe you could pick one of those up at a used dresser store. The view was perfect. Location was good.

There are pros and cons about this property. On the plus side, it has a wonderful view and is walkable to much. The pool was nice and while the unit needed work it was clean. On the downside we had a few issues. First off the keypad wasnā€™t working and getting replacement keys in order to come and go took over a day and a half which affected our plans and ruined at least half a beach day. At one point the management left our front door unlocked with all of our stuff in it without telling us which made us uncomfortable.The door to the twin bedroom is not really a door but a bifold closet door allowing for no sound proofing. Many things didnā€™t work like the Keurig, the pool gates and the vents in the bathroom. While management did provide us with a resolution for the broken front door the communication was difficult and made it hard to plan our day. Lastly the listing says sleeps 6 in some places but the couches were not pullouts so thereā€™s no way that it was large enough for 6. It barely fit 4 comfortably. All in all this is definitely a cheaper option than some so you get what you pay for

Great little vacation spot

About a block from Flagler ave. right on the beach. Our condo was on the 7th floor. There's 2 elevators and stairs. Bit windy ( that is beach side for you) most of the time so watch closing doors. The pool is heated slightly- it was 68/70 when we stayed and the pool was close to 65.The condo was super clean and nice. Some slight cosmetic blemishes like the closet door where the beach chairs are falls down. Otherwise a great value. There is a full floor to ceiling and length of the condo mirror on the one wall. Laundry down stairs in the game room was great except the change machine was broke. There are toiletries already there, like shampoo/cond. hand soap, dish soap etc. and they left some snacks for us! We loved this location. Able to sleep with the glass doors open to listen to the waves. Walk the beach and walk to get coffee at Luma! Flagler has so much to offer from food to cute shops. Love NSB and really was pleased with this condo.
