This beautiful beach front home is the perfect getaway to reconnect with family and friends. Sleeps up to 11 guests (11th sleeping area is a twin bed loft in the queen bedroom). The main living area has a large open floor plan allowing for everyone to gather together in the same space without feeling crowded or confined. Enjoy the luxury retro Italian Hallman gas stove top with electric oven for cooking all you favorite meals. The entire east face of the building is full windows, showcasing a breathtaking panoramic view of the beach and the waves beyond. To access the beach simply grab your towel and walk 3 steps down from the back patio to the white powdered quarts sands of New Smyrna Beach. After a fun filled day of sand and surf, rinse off in the outdoor shower (hot or cold water) and kick back on the spacious patio with your favorite drink. Observant guests may have the incredible experience of watching momma sea turtles laying their eggs, or baby sea turtles emerging from the sand to scuttle off into the ocean, under the moonlight, depending upon the time of year you book!
Whether preparing meals, playing games, or streaming your favorite TV shows, you can enjoy it all simultaneously while savoring the beautiful view of NSB.

This house is amazing! First, our host, Natasja ,was so friendly and attentive! She gets back to you right away when you have questions. The back yard is the ocean. Nice big patio with lots of seating. The front porch is so quaint. Sunrises are beautiful. And plenty of room inside the house. It’s just so beautiful. It’s also walking distance to everything, shops, restaurants, bars etc. we will definitely be back.

This place is perfect. Right on the beach, you can’t get any closer. Very clean, well taken care of property. Kitchen was well stocked with cookware, plates, bowls etc. Beach chairs and towels as well as plenty of towels in the bathrooms. The host is quick to respond to any questions. Will definitely check availability in the future.

This house was PERFECT for our family of 6, plus our kids’ friends. Beautiful home, fully loaded kitchen- like plenty of utensils, cookware and even a few spices. Tons of bath towels and beach towels too. Literally THE dream view

Wonderful oceanfront home

The house is beautifully decorated. The location was perfect. We were there for a wedding. The welcome party was on the beach just a few yards from the house. We were able to walk downtown for bars and restaurants. It was perfect and Natasha was a very accommodating host.

The home is as beautiful inside as the pictures show. The home was very clean and we were very comfortable with our stay. The ocean is just steps away and the home had beach toys, chairs and boards so that was helpful with our time on the beach. I would recommend the home, very nice!!

Our family visited New Smyrna Beach in April and we were lucky enough to have rented this gem. We were looking for a beach rental without having to go out everyday. This home was the perfect place! With the mix in ages in our group, 9 years old to 86 we stumbled upon a fully furnished home with something to offer for everyone in our group. The home is all on one floor with limited stairs, easy to access showers. Beautiful ocean views and walk out to the beach. Beach chairs, boogie boards, buckets, shovels, and so many available games. And don't get me started on the kitchen! We had a fully furnished kitchen ready to cook in and the appliances are first class.The aesthetic in this home is so curated - everywhere you look is so fun!Do yourself a favor and book it - we will definitely be back.Oh yeah and Natasja is the easiest person to work with, a great experience all around!games and beach supplies

Heaven on the Beach!

We had a family reunion here and the house is amazing! Great location, beautiful decorations, 2 full baths and a half bath, and steps (literally) to the ocean! Loved every single minute of our stay!

Perfect spot.

6 adults for a week in April 2025. We loved the location and convenience of this home. Kitchen was great for group cooking and we all felt like our bedrooms were private - clever layout of the house. Compact but spacious. Having 3.5 bathrooms was super convenient. Walking out to the beach was awesome. Literally steps to the beach and the beautiful picture windows give you a fab view whether you are inside or outside. LOVED it.

Amazing location remarkable home

This home has the best location and truly embodies the feel of New Smyrna Beach
funky, eclectic, & warm vibes. This home is so magical and comfy. It has every kitchen item you could need plus games galore! It was great to come home after a night in the incredible NSB restaurants to play a game of Uno or cards with our boys. Will miss looking out the back windows seeing the sunrise and dolphins playing in the waves!!

Cute Beach front house

Wonderful find in New Smyrna for our stay. The unit was clean, everything worked, good wifi, and location was walkable into town. Would definitely rent again. I recommend this rental without any reservations.

Family retreat

Absolutely the best - pictures really don't do this place justice! Clean, great location, and breathtaking view! We're really gonna miss that morning coffee and sunrise. Communication with the host - Natasja, was timely and concise, and she ensured we had everything we needed. This truly was the best vacation rental experience we have ever had, and we're looking forward to returning!

A Masterpiece: The Garden of Eden

This house was phenomenal. Architectural Digest needs to see it as the decorations, appliances and ambiance are very artistic. Very beautiful interiors and superb views from the living room and kitchen. You are situated in a perfect spot on New Smyrna beach where you can easily walk out a few steps and your beach is your playground. This area is not as crowded as the beach right off of Flager but you are only a 5-10min walk from there so everything is super close. It's the right amount of quiet and connection to the town that a person would want. This house is perfect for families as there is a big back patio for kids to play on and an easy walk (meaning a few steps) to the beach. There are many rooms and bathrooms...from the outside it may look somewhat small but once you step in you will be amazed at all the rooms and bathrooms and how open everything feels. If there is a day when you don't feel like sitting on the beach, sit on the patio on one of the many chairs and put up an umbrella. If you don't feel like doing that or if it's raining, sit in the living room and watch the ocean. You get a great view from there! Even if you don't feel like that, you can sit on the front porch and admire the beautiful outside area. There is comfort in every nook and cranny of this house. Natasja is extremely communicative, helpful and friendly. She is there if you need anything. We really appreciate how wonderful she was to us. This place is truly a gem.
