We really loved our stay at this beach house. The house is amazing! LOVE the decor and the kitchen appliances are very fancy. Great balcony space and comfortable bedding. Also enjoyed the location being right on the (no drive on) part of the beach and walking distance to JB's Fish Camp!

Perfect stay.
We loved our stay with friends enjoying this beautiful property. The location is ideal. It was quiet with minimal traffic and access to the beach was extremely convenient. We loved that the lifeguard was stationed right in front of the property. The rooms were spacious and the beds very comfortable. Appliances were state of the art and the kitchen has everything we needed, and more!

Your own personal beach front resort
This place was perfect! An amazing 3 story beachfront house with your own private pool, brand new furnishings and appliances, and plenty of space for everyone to comfortably relax and enjoy their stay. The location is just wonderful - super easy access to the beach, and a great home layout that makes cleaning everyone off after a day at the beach easy. If you want your own private beach front vacation home for you and your friends or family, this is the place.

We loved Joan’s place. It had all the amenities and then some! Excellent location and super clean. All new state of the art appliances. Joan was very responsive on some minor issues. Our family wants to stay again next year!
