Best Deal in New Smyrna that sleeps up to 6. Hugh 75' X 10' Shared Pool. If you don't want to rent a Extra LARGE RV & then pay the $50/nite camp ground fees!!! this is your deal. Its my personal 2007 40' Fleetwood Prowler Travel Trailer in great condition fully, equipped , stocked & set up on my New Smyrna Beach property in a quiet area only 3.5 miles from New Smyrna's World Famous, Drive on Beach. It’s approx. 460 sq ft with 1 queen 4 bunkbeds and a pull out couch & all the comforts of home. Everything is included, stocked kitchen, 2- Smart TV's , WIFI, Shared washer & dryer,. It has a Large 75’ X 10’ screened in pool/partial covered, refreshing pool, its slightly warmer then the seasonal NSB ocean temperature, which you have shared access to. along with the other current guests of the 3 other accommodations on property.
My place is 3.5 miles to beach, approx. 1 hr. to Disney World, Universal Studios or Kennedy Space Center. (Rocket launches are great from New Smyrna Beach) Also plenty of restaurants and dining, family-friendly activities, nightlife, and public transport. You’ll love my place because of the people, the outdoors space, and the light. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). Bring your bikes & ride to Main Street , Gym & Beach everyday. Note: There is a $90 per stay additional non refundable pet fee for up to 2- 50lb max dogs or cats. If you forgot pay this fee at time of booking VBRO will bill you upon arrival. Notice: Video surveillance cameras monitor outside of guest homes , pool & common areas, for your protection.

Great camper for my wife and I, very convenient to shopping and restaurants, Kayak fishing the mosquito lagoon, the beach. You can drive on the beach, if you want a more natural beach setting with no buildings and crowds. Head south to Apollo beach! Kim was awesome and was there anytime we needed her. The only thing that I did not like was the small toilet room, I’m a big guy!! LOL! Camper was very clean and well stoked!! We WILL be returning in the future!

I'll Be Back in '25!

I totally enjoyed my stay with my service dog, Mystique! The camper was comfortable and the manager, Kim, was always available to come and take care of any issue in minutes after I contacted her. She was helpful with ideas of places that might interest us. My favorite place was Smyrna Dunes Park. I bought a one year pass for $20. Grocery shopping is within a mile away as well as gas stations. I found it very convenient to visit friends in Port Orange. The yard has plenty of space for dogs to run and play ball. Having a washer and dryer available for free and detergent as well, paper towels, tissues, toilet paper all included. Unfortunately, I didn't get to use the lap pool. The weather was still too cool at night. Next time around! We spent 2 weeks and have already booked for 2 months in the coming year. Looking forward to my next stay! Jane and Mystique

What a great option to stay at for a beach location only 10 mins down the road! We had restaurants and grocery stores in walking distance! The pool was perfect after getting back from the beach or errands and you just wanted to relax. We will be booking next year for my nieces last year competing!! It was so perfect and affordable! Just ok

The camper was a little smaller than I expected 
 especially the queen bedroom but it worked out fine. Beds were comfortable and the temperature was great. We had issues with roaches which I REALLY don’t like at ALL! Some hard to reach corners were really really dirty thus the roaches. The property wasn’t really kid friendly 
. We had to go outside in order to see them play. The steps to the camper got tiresome going in and out. A fixed porch would have been nice and safer. We had fun on our outings and enjoyed our stay but prob wouldn’t stay at this rental again. Kim was super super nice and helpful (our toilets clogged and she came and helped right away).
