Ocean Properties were very nice and communicated well. The listing said it came with beach chairs, but none were there. I called and they came right over with two new chairs. The condo is a beach rental, a bit dated except for the new bath insert and shower head, which were great. The bathroom sink definitely needs replacing. The tile floor in the kitchen and bath could use a deep cleaning. The towels were fine with extras under the sink. Two good ones and the rest car wash quality. I purchased a small cutting board, as there wasnât one and left it. The dish rag was so terribly disgusting I bought new ones. There are no screens on the sliding door to the patio. Perhaps theyâre not supposed to have them. The lighting in the dining area is very dim along with the lamps, except for the lamp between the beds which was a good three-way. Not everyone is a slob who steals and breaks things. If the owner can check out the renters a few very inexpensive touches would help. Like nicer dishes and silverware, dish towels, soap to start with, instead of a quarter size skinny piece. Having coffee filters there was a plus. Two small TV sets (not smart) so bring an HDMIâC cord to stream from your phone. The air conditioner was newer and worked great. All in all an okay place. Management was great. The photos always make a place look better. Great location.
