Important Beach Update

The county is currently conducting a beach renourishment project along portions of the shoreline that is expected to affect stays up until May, with possible minor extension into May due to weather delays. As crews move section by section, temporary equipment and sand pumping operations may be visible near this property. The work is temporary and helps strengthen and protect the beach and dunes, and nearby beach access is generally available around active work zones.

Surf & Racquet 201 is a beautifully decorated 3 bedroom, 3 bath corner unit and offers one of the best views in the building. Enjoy the wrap-around balcony and endless views of the north beach from this gorgeous oceanfront condo. Windows wrap around the front of this condo and capture breathtaking views from the living room, dining room, and kitchen.

With New England-style decor, the spacious living room features an HD flat-screen TV, DVD, and sofa sleeper. Meals can be prepared as you watch the waves roll in from the fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy meals with family and friends from the oceanfront dining room featuring seating for 8, and additional seating at the kitchen counter for 4.

Wake up in the morning with a view of the waves crashing upon the shore from the oceanfront master bedroom with a king-size bed, HD flat-screen TV, VCR, DVD, and private bath with jetted tub and walk-in shower. A magical place to stay.

This condo was the most comfortable and gorgeous place we've ever stayed. Every need was anticipated and the view was spectacular. The furnishings and decorations were the most tasteful I have encountered in all my stays in Florida. The building mamager was super accommodating.

Lovely three bedroom corner condo on the BEACH

Absolutely loved this property. Beautiful and comfortable. Gary, the actual property rep/maintenance person was always professional and helpful. He fixed the clogged and leaking AC unit, when the management firm did not. The sliding glass door was totally repaired while we were there. I could barely open the glass sliding door and feared I would break the door handle attempting to opening it. I called the management office and they did look at it, but did not fix it. When I called back to complain, and told them that I had read other reviews regarding the bad sliding door, and it really should be fixed so it would not defer other renters. Yippee, the door was fixed the next day. The other problem we had was arriving on Sunday and not having a real person via telephone or the office to speak to. Our code would not let us in the doors. Thankfully, the residents were very kind and gave us the codes needed, I guess the residents felt sorry for us 60 and 70 year old ladies, and did not sense threat from us. LOL Over all, a wonderful week in a beautiful ocean front condo. Do not hesitate to rent this condo.

Georgeous Ocean View

The property is beautiful, well located and very nicely decorated. You will feel like you are at home. The only downside was the main slider rollers are damaged and it takes significant effort from someone that is physically strong to open and close it. If this was corrected it would be almost perfect. We have been coming to NSB since 1987 and I would definitely stay here again.

A lovely condo with fantastic view and well stocked condo. It was hard to leave.

We loved the condo! A wonderful get away. The only issue, and it was a big one, is the elevator was out until Thursday. We were only on second floor, BUT my in laws had both had knee replacements within the past year and a half. The elevator was a BIG deal and an amenity I looked for while booking. Loved the condo though. Would definitely book again, assuming the elevator works.

Beautiful corner unit

Gorgeous unit with fantastic views of the ocean. The unit is beautifully furnished and we loved it. The pool area is not very large and there were no grills on the property. There were renovations going on during our stay so the tennis courts were not available. However, again, the unit itself, we could not have been more pleased.
