The staff was amazing. Especially Pam who served the Continental breakfast. The desk staff was mostly very nice, also. The only down side was the bathroom floor was always sticky and the towels had a smell of old cigarette smoke. The rest of the room was nice.

Lousy room given noisy
I usually get a high floor and extra pillows of which I got neither and got a room on first floor near fitness center and heard people walking past my room to exit all night. Expect better and I called earlier to ensure my late arrival at 630pm

Best in Temple Terrace
Perfect, except they could do without the smoking section at the picnic area in the back. Even if you just walking from back door to car, the smell is present.
