This 400 square ft. newly remodeled house-on-the-water is thoughtfully appointed for your group’s lake adventures, or for a couple's cozy get-a-way. Accessible only by boat, this floating house offers a unique, fun, and memorable experience! No boat? No problem! A shuttle service is available. We offer a gas grill, patio table and umbrella and chairs, numerous adult floats, air pump for your convenience, paddle boards, kayaks, and ladder off the dock to get you in the water!

Fish right from your front or back porch, enjoy views of a tree-lined shore from the deck, jump off the deck for a swim, or hop in your kayak, or boat for a longer voyage out on Norris Lake.

The Nomad on Norris Lake sits peacefully at Straight Creek Marina in New Tazewell, TN., conveniently located near neighboring marinas. If you are seeking live music, food, and drink, Boathouse at 33 (previously Bubba Brew's) at Beach Island Marina is a 10-15 minute boat ride, while Jimmy's Place Lakeside Bar & Restaurant at Norris Landing Marina is a 20-25 minute boat ride. Prefer a quiet night in?
