No one was around. You could walk to the hotel next door butwho wants to do that in -50 degree wind chills. Went to use pool. It was drained. Key card did not work. I called the hotel number and fought with an AI bot until i was given the front desk numbers fro both hotels. One went to a vacant number the other an automated system that hung up when it tried to get an actual person. After 45 minutes i went behind the counter and figured out how to program my own keycard. So anyone could as the cameras must be inoperable or only checked if someting happens. Not the safest practice. Anyone could make any key.

Had to go to a different hotel to check-in. Their handicapped spots were not really cleared and there was a ridge of snow between the spot and the walkway. Unfortunately my husband couldn't step over it and had to walk around in SUBZERO temps and 45-65mph winds and an icy parking lot. Get to the room and it was average quality. The shower was a joke. Narrow entry, no shower curtain and an overall horrible design inside, not cosmetic design the actual layout. Get to bed only to discover that the bed was as hard as a rock. It was so uncomfortable that I wasn't able to get any sleep.

The check in was smooth. Facility is nice. Room was clean, large and comfortable. We didn’t have a streaming box in our room. Remote but no box. The maintenance didn’t know anything about it. But not a big deal. No hair dryer in room so they brought one. Bathroom large and clean. Shower was a walk in and big. But no water pressure at all. Terrible shower head. Other than that we liked it very much. Breakfast was very good as well. And checkout was easy. I would stay here again. Maybe the other rooms have a better shower.

The customer service experience was above and beyond any I had encountered in a very long time. The hotel itself was very quiet, despite some obvious construction and a few minor overlooked housekeeping finds which honestly can be found in some level at any hotels, the property as a whole was very clean and comfortable. There were plenty of toiletries stocked in the bathroom area, and we spent our entire stay without ever hearing neighbors despite the hotel and at least every room on our floor being occupied.
