Helpful and friendly staff, nice location, upscale feel in compact space. Only complaint is hallway doors closed with a bang if you weren’t careful to hold. Otherwise very comfortable.

Expedia screwed up and booked two nights instead of three. Totally understandable that it’s not the hotel’s fault. But they just packed my stuff up into some random Asian grocery store bag and put it in a closet. No call. No notification at all. And no apology. This place sucks.

no complaints about the hotel, food, cleanliness. service. only negative is that we had booked 2 accessible rooms but when we checked in we were given the non accessible rooms. that was the only negative of our stay.

Все было отлично, приехали раньше на час, но заселили в номер без проблем.Номер чистый, аккуратный, маленький но все размещено эргономично и нехватка пространства ощущается не так сильно. Необходимый набор в номере был. Завтрак отличный: овсянка омлет, фрукты, выпечка, йогурты, разнообразие джемов и напитков . Доступ к напиткам круглосуточно. Возможность парковки на улице и на подземном паркинге ( за дополнительную плату). Из недостатков: номер придельно маленький, вид из окна.

Small room size. Barely enough room to walk arouns the beds. Breakfast area was way too small with limited seating. Not really a hot breakfast but had a few microwave omelets. Would say this is a high priced budget hotel.

The property was surprisingly clean and continental breakfast is always a plus. In this dyker heights neighborhood here in brooklyn, i was expecting less but this place was perfect.
