The room I stayed in was small and clean. The amenities worked. I stayed for 3 months, which necesitated a creative use of space. Unless you don't mind going to the laundromat, make sure your room has a washer and a drier.The parking space provided was an advantage, considering how difficult parking is in NYC.The neighborhood is safe, well located, and has a grocery, stores, and restaurants.
