Great, friendly staff and cleanliness during our 6 night stay. Located pretty close to multiple subway and bus stations. Multiple fast food/restaurants nearby. The building closes its doors at 11pm daily for safety with key access for guests.

Gross, bathroom door was broken so no privacy. Bed sheets looked like they were not changed but folded again. And there was hair on our bed sheets. Just looked used and would not stay again

Room was good for its price, had all the basic amenities. Though ice and water machine didn’t seem to work. And housekeeping didn’t knock before barging in and asking if we needed cleaning… Otherwise perfectly fine on a budget :)

I didn't feel welcome when I checked into the hotel. While other guests were offered complimentary drinks, snacks, and information about the hotel’s amenities, I didn’t receive the same treatment. I believe all guests should be welcomed with the same level of respect and care, not just some.
