Room size was small but cozy, cool features like a TV in the bathroom mirror, crazy showerheads, and memory foam mattress... My favorite thing about this hotel was the location! Perfect to be in the middle of NYC, you're within walking distance of basically everything or a short cab ride away. Would stay again just for the convenience of location.

Really cute hotel! The bar was not open when I was there🙁 Overall good experience. But I paid for my room in full with travelocity and when I got there o just had to pay some fees which I did and the next morning I checked my credit card statement and they had charged my card for the room even though I already paid. Waiting for my card to be refunded. So be careful .

Party palace

Pros: Room and bathroom are large and roomy for Manhattan, and the staff are friendly and low key.
Cons: Not certain how the noise from evening events could be eliminated, but it will keep me from returning to th Flatiron in the future.
Location: Great location in Chelsea: walk to many restaurants, parks, theater!
This good-looking hotel disappointed in many ways: it was not clear to me from their website or ads that the Flatiron is an event site that hosts extremely loud parties in the bar and mezzanine each week-end night, until 1:00 am or later. The din was unbearable in my 4th floor room, and since I travel to Manhattan to work on both week-end days, I would not stay at the Flatiron again. In addition, the tub did not drain, the cooling did not work (heat did work), the bathroom tv did not work, and the door lock was inoperable on the second evening, meaning that I was locked out of my room while the maintenance guy worked on it for around half an hour. The staff are all really nice, however, were apologetic about the problems, and eliminated my room activity fee (around $20 per night) because of the noise.

Attentive Staff, thanks Flatiron!

Pros: Wonderful location, you can walk to Eataly, John Dory, Madison Park.
Cons: They had entertainment every night, it seemed I was leaving when it started and was over when I returned. A fun addition to the hotel if you stay in!
Location: Great shopping, great restaurants, great access via subway or cabs!
Great location, really nice room and staff. I arrived at noon and dropped my bag, but by the time I returned from lunch they had my room ready. I am used to having to turn sideways to move around New York hotel rooms but I felt comfortable spending time there. The beds are comfortable.

Comforting stay during the 2016 Blizzard!

Pros: Location.
Cons: The front desk area. They personally escorted you to your room and engaged in all the transaction in there. That was a bit disconcerting.
Location: Good location, near Madison Square Park, Eataly and several subway lines at 23rd Street.
Given the circumstances of the weather, our stay at this hotel was comforting. The staff was generous with their time and attention despite the fact that they were unsure whether they would be able to get out before the travel ban went into effect. Nearly all the businesses in the area closed, except for the restaurant across the street and a 7/11 around the corner. Our room was small, but comfortable. We loved the location and once the snow stopped, we were able to go out with ease.

Greeted by awesome Angel with champagne!

Pros: staff was awesome! great central location.
Cons: nothing - it was great!
Location: Very central location - walked everywhere - uptown, downtown and mid-town.
We were greeted by Angel at the front with a glass of champagne. He checked us in and escorted us to our room. The hotel was clean, fresh and vibrant! Our room was exactly what we expected - end of the hall, two queen beds, nice size bathroom and plenty of space. Other notable experiences were with staff members Leo, Juan and Jason - all were so helpful, accommodating and service oriented. I would recommend this hotel for anyone!!!
