It was good overall but, there is no refrigerator or tub In the room and no spa in the facility. The guests will love the Hotel much more with those and gym.

They literally treated me like a rock star at The Hard Rock Hotel. I’ve never had such a wonderful experience in New York, even at expensive, high end hotels in Manhattan. I thought the price was reasonable too. I stayed 3 nights and it was worth every penny. The staff was super friendly and helpful from the very start of my stay all the way up to check out time. Very hospitable and kind. The gym was better than my gym at home. Lots of equipment and great music playing. Yoga mats, a space to stretch out and everything! It was never crowded. Very peaceful. The bed was comfortable and clean. The room was luxurious. I didn’t want to leave! The view was lovely. Very close to Time Square. I can’t wait to go back! The only thing I would change is for them to have the same menu as The Hard Rock Cafe down the street, which was a lovely experience as well. But they do give you a coupon to use at the Hard Rock Cafe. Great wings! The room service menu isn’t bad at all though and the food got to my room super fast when I dod order room service. Maid service was quick and efficient! Lots of fresh towels and complimentary water and coffee in the room. Can I just live at this place??? I’ll be back. Much love, from Philly!

Overall the stay was good. The room was nice and all of the staff you encounter in person are polite and professional. The only inconvenience was there not being a mini fridge in the room. We needed a place to store and freeze breast milk during our stay. We asked the staff if it was possible to have one brought to us, and they kindly provided one. They brought it to the room within 20 minutes and plugged it in as we were leaving. It would take some time to cool, so we didn't open it until we got back. When we finally got back and did open it, there were a few plates of old, moldy, frozen food in the top part that were stuck due to the ice. There were no plastic bags to grab the dishes out with, or put inside when we did manage to get them out. We called the front desk to let them know and we're basically blown off. Other than that, it was a good stay and the Sessions restaurant was perfect and a fantastic way to end our trip.
