good choice. small annoyances: painted hall created strong orders. the pillows so flat you needed two. over all, very clean no bugs...

Room not a Hilton Normal Room

Pros: The decor throughout the hotel was beautiful.
Cons: Increase size of TV, Clean Room and reorganize to match the hotel standards.
Location: Staten Island was just a stopping point to get to New York City.
Was very disappointed in two things. 1.) Room Condition 2.) Breakfast I have stayed in many Hilton hotels and this was the worst room I have ever stayed. Hilton has always had a good reputation but this time they missed the mark. The room was not cleaned properly. There was hair in the shower and dirt on the floor. The picture in the bathroom was wilted and looked bad. The TV was a joke as it was so far away from the bed that it was very very hard to see. The room was not well organized like other rooms I have stayed. The paint was not well maintained on the door jams. The Breakfast was not worth the 14.95 charged. There was nothing special about this breakfast except for the presentation. Overpriced food for nothing special.

Easy drive to ferry. Make reservations for their shuttle way in advance! Shuttle is booked by the time you arrive. They were very accomadating when we missed our shuttle. Would stay again.

Probably the best hotel on Staten Island.

Pros: Plenty of comfortable rooms. Lots of facilities available. Restaurant and bar was great.
Cons: Often the hotel is populated with multiple parties & activities in its many venues. There does not seem to be a place for hotel guests to relax.
Location: Convenient to most locations on SI. Construction in the immediate area, but it looks like it will be nice in a few months.
Was staying here as part of family gathering for a Memorial service. The hotel also hosted a luncheon for 80 people. All reservations for the multiple family members seemed to have gone well. Restaurant and bar facilities were great. The coordination and service for our luncheon were excellent and all had a great time. Thanks to Vito.

The Assistant Manager Saved My Trip

Pros: The staff was wonderful.
Cons: A map of Staten Island with shopping, restaurants and movie theaters shown.
Location: It is near movie theaters and Khol's.
I booked my trip thru an online provider and it was not until checking-in that I realized that I had booked the wrong week-end. It was the Assistant Manager who helped me contact the provider and get the dates corrected right on the spot without any additional charges. It made my trip stress free.

Nice, newer hotel on Staten Island

Pros: Newer facility
Cons: While there is shuttle service to the ferry, the van fills up quickly. Need another van on standby, so that everyone who needs the shuttle can use it
Location: Isolated, so nothing at all within walking distance.
Nice, newer hotel. Staff friendly and helpful. Shuttle service to ferry and Newark airport are provided for free.

This hotel was very welcoming

Pros: Free breakfast, Quiet
Cons: No free Internet
Stayed at this hotel due a job interview in the area. The front desk staff was very friendly, and I was randomly chosen to receive a free breakfast for the morning. When I got to the room I noticed there was no shower curtain up. I called the front desk to let them know and within minutes a worker and the manager came to my room to put up the curtain. The manager was extremely apologetic, although it really wasn't a big deal. There response to it was fantastic. Bed was very big and comfortable. Room service that night was quick and the food was hot and surprisingly good. The room and floor was very quiet. That free breakfast in the restaurant the next day was great-perfect before that big interview. Overall a great hotel. I have stayed there now about three or four times.
