We had a reservation set up for months. Showed up from hotel and was told that our room was canceled due to overbooking. Did not get any help finding a new room or help from the staff. Was absolutely terrible experience. Wouldnt recommend a Hilton to anyone ever after such a horrible experience.

Would definitely stay again. It’s a small room but its cozy in its way. I just wish i was told before about their property damage charge beforehand. Also, their Ice machine would work sometimes. Very close by the E train station and many food options around.

Overall experience good. 1st day only 1 elevator worked. Microwave did not work in room. Cafe does not provide evening snacks Or meals. But staff was pleasant, helpful with directions, location convenient to Grand Central station for LIRR. Room clean and comfortable. I would stay again.

Elevator wait was horrible

The elevator has a horrible wait time. We waited everyday from the 22nd floor for over 20 minutes each day. The last day we carried our luggage down 22 flights of stairs as we had waited 25 min for the elevator. The breakfast was decent though. Would not stay here again because of the wait time of the elevators in the morning.
