Construction going on and wasn’t aware of, it was an inconvenient with the elevators and entering from the main doors due to the construction, no complementary breakfast was provided or available. No comp was giving on our stay which should have been do to the very loud noise, inconvenient of the 10-15min elevator wait and having to enter and exit through the side emergency exit without notice. I would have booked a different location if I had known. The location was great because you could walk 15-20min to most places nearby

Hotel under construction but we were not informed about that. One elevator was dedicated to construction crew so all guests and cleaning staff had to use single elevator. At times wait was 15 min or more. Breakfast came in a bag and was just cheap, sugar-filled muffin. On day there was also an apple but not on second day. Room itself was fine

1 Elevator from 8am-5pm was horrible due to construction. The 22 flights of stairs or wait 20 mins for an elevator was not fun. Fire alarm also went off "due to construction"

Our kids room was on a different floor coz someone forgot to take notes, the fixed it next day, one lift was broken so hundreds of people sharing one. It was a 20 minute wait for lift so we ended up using stairs often and it was quicker, we were on the 23rd floor. No hot breakfast available. Maintenance and cleaning were fantastic!
