This Hotel has every little parking. My husband and I arrived at 9:30pm and there was no parking available in the parking lot. They front desk staff told us that we had to park on the street at your own risk. This hotel is surrounded by all industrial areas. She proceeded to check us in she was VERY,VERY rude, she did not explain anything about the property. She just took my husband ID and checked us in. She then placed his ID and the room keys on the counter then pick up the phone to speak to another guest that was stuck in the garage. She told the person on the phone that it is the hotel policy to close the garage and a certain time and the guests can’t go back and forth to there can once the doors are closed.

We liked the stay in the hotel, the staff were friendly and the breakfast options were great. The rooms were comfortable as well. The view from the room is not that great but I guess that depends on the suite that was booked. Parking garage space is limited and very expensive. The environment surrounding the property did not feel the safest especially at night but at least it was not noisy and overall a good stay.

The property is not bad, clean and nice staff for the most part. However the area is not that good and the worst part is that just outside of the property (building next door) is always filty with garbage on the ground. The hotel manager should really try to put a lot of pressure with the city to have the owners of the building next door, to maintane the area clean.

The hotel itself was great. Although there is not designated parking, there was parking available in front. However, it is surrounded by warehouses and areas with barbed wire so it not a place I’d want to walk around at night.
