Staff Very friendly, helped me check in early.
Loved that they had coffee, water and snacks in the lobby.
Breakfast was wonderful, great variety and hot!
I liked the hotel it was very nice very spacious. The staff was not helpful at all asked for towels waited about an hour. My room had four people only two towels. The ice machine was broken. No water to drink. I had het ice from the 10th from and the water from the 2 floor. Breakfast was okay. The area around the hotel its very rural nothing to eat nothing to do.
Reservation means nothing they not only allot the reserved room to someone else but they keep allotting it to others even when you are in the room. I had someone trying to unlock my door at 11:00 pm in the night with a valid key, and when that didn't work since I had locked the door on the inside, they brought a maintenance person who forced open the door. Elevators are extremely slow. Beds are good and comfortable. Maintenance technician was very helpful with an issue. Good breakfast and nice to have round the clock coffee and drinking water available.
