The room was 100* when I arrived. I turned the temp down to 80* and left for the night. I returned around 3am to 67*. Front desk did nothing but tell me maintenance will be in at 8am. Waited… called down at 9am. 10am maid came to attempt to fix heat. Did not return to check like he said he would. Left for the afternoon. Still no heat when I returned. Attending manager came up to check out the system. “Fixed” it to go back to 100*. Comfortable bed! Good amount of space!

Great location had no issues. Came late and had a little issue checking in but they fixed it instantly so had a good experience. Breakfast a little limited but it’s better than nothing. Thanks!

Great location but that’s about it. I have stayed in much better hotels in the same area for less money. The whole hotel is a bit run-down, the facilities are poor, breakfast not great, wifi barely worked, there’s a plastic lining under the bed sheet which makes sleeping uncomfortable (but great if I pee myself of course). Overall it’s not a 4-star hotel, 2-3 star for me, overpriced for what it is. Will find somewhere else next time.

Absolutely awful. The shower dripped all day and night and the toilet took two times to flush properly and the sink didn’t drain cleanly. That’s just the bathroom part. The bed was so hard I actually hurt my shoulders laying on it. I almost slept maybe once the first night only to wake up to the vent falling down in the middle of the night because it’s held together by magnets. As for sleeping the other nights well the draft from the window was so strong and cold all night I had to stay in my sweatshirt and pants all night long.

Upon check-in the tv did not work and a window shade fell to the floor. Maintenance fixed both The shower only had scalding hot water and could not be adjusted to put out cold water and the shower hand sprayer did not work at all.

The front desk and staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very comfortable and the location is great, especially if you are taking the train from Penn station.
