Our usual hotel in Brooklyn. We were there over Christmas so service was a bit sparse. Good brewpub for lunch and dinner. Breakfasts good but big. Great location next to subway and shopping. Lots of other restaurants nearby.

Quick business trip

Location: The hotel is conveniently located to a bunch of different subway lines to get you anywhere you need to go.
I had to travel on short notice and the Indigo had open rooms near my office. They quickly checked me in after a long day with no fuss at all. The hotel partners with the Brooklyn Brewhouse next door. They offer room service from the Brewhouse as well as a connected hallway near the lobby to get in. The room itself was clean and well organized. There was no mini bar but that wasn't a huge deal. Overall the bed was a little harder then I like but I had a good stay. There was also some heavy construction going on on my side of the hotel down on the street. I was on the 10th floor but still woke a little early to some loud noises.

Convenient to NYC subways

Pros: Nice staff
Cons: Nothing. It is the NYC experience
Location: Close to subway system. Shopping nearby on Fulton Street in Brooklyn
Very nice rooms. Small but great for the price. AC works great. Bed was comfortable. Shower worked wonderfully

great hotel, close to subway.

Pros: It was quiet and comfortable
Location: We actually didn't do anything in the area - we spent our time in manhatten
My husband and I stayed for one night. We were afraid it would be noisy due to construction in area. However, they must have great insulation because it was quiet as soon as we entered the hotel. The room contained 2 queen sized beds which were very comfortable. The staff was very pleasant.

indigo hotel

People were right in previous reviews. The room is extremely small. we had to put our luggage near the exit door, on top of each other as there literally was no place else to put it. The staff did not mention the lounge on the 2nd floor, or the rooftop deck when we checked in. My daughter who was staying in another room told us about it the next day which was the day we checked out. The staff also did not explain how the key cards worked for the elevator. the room was clean, can't complain about that. we only had 1 bath towel for 2 people, but they were prompt in bringing that up.

The area was pretty good.

Pros: The staff were very friendly and nice!
Cons: They have to do something about the bar at night!!!
Location: Good shopping area.
On weekend, in the lobby area has a bar, played the music sooo loud, we couldn't fall a sleep until 1-2 am. we will not stay at this hotel next time when we visit Brooklyn.

Good location

Pros: Location
Cons: the room size and a of lobby that one could relaz in.
Location: It was in the consumer area and close the people I was visiting
My room was clean but smaller that I expected. I had a double bed but I reserved a queen. no comfortable chair in the room. just a plastic desk chair and a small desk. the lights behind the bed did not work. the staff was nice and the breakfast was good. This hotel was about location and price for me

Super hotel!!!

This hotel had the most comfortable bed, pillows and linens. It was clean, up to date, and had a nice view (we were on the 16th floor). Staff was welcoming and accommodated us in every way. It is true the rooms with a queen bed are small, but we brought a ton of luggage and 2 bicycles and everything fit in the room. They offered to store our bikes, but we wanted them with us, so it was tight in the room, but we were completely thrilled with our stay there. Highly recommend!!!!
