Dear Maria, Thank you for your visit. While it is fabulous to hear that you loved our location, we are sorry that your stay with us did not match your expectations. Please accept our apologies for any check-in delay. Being in such a prime location in NYC means that the demand for our hotel is high. To ensure we keep up with our guests' needs, we have purchased check-in kiosks to speed up that process for our guests. That process can be challenging, especially when we encounter a large tour group arriving by bus, which may slow down the check-in process. Our modernization program, which commenced during our centennial year has now progressed into its third phase of renovation. Great things are coming to New York’s Hotel Pennsylvania. There's a coffee shop/café on site, as well as a snack bar/deli. Free breakfast is served daily. A computer station is on site and WiFi is available in public spaces for a fee. There's an onsite 24-hour business center. A 24-hour health club, tour/ticket assistance, and a vending machine are also featured at the business-friendly Hotel Pennsylvania. Parking is available for a fee. You'll have access to the indoor pool at a partner property. This New York hotel is smoke free.
