Very poor wifi coverage. Last day we have learned that there is water/coffee area and they are free, no information given. No first aid kit or ice (we needed during the stay). Very close to N/W subway line. Very easy to transport. No water boiler and tea/snack provided. If you want to stay just for the nigths and if you will spend your time mostly in the city, it is a good destination.

The staff was very friendly. Victoria and Dimitry gave great food suggestions and were very accommodating. The only complaint I had was that the tv did not work and there was no microwave in the room. The tv kept freezing and went to analog channels. If they had smart tvs and a microwave, I would give it all 5 stars. Otherwise great view from the 15th floor.

Horrible experience with this one I don’t even know how to write everything I’ve been through with them but please save your money and find somewhere else. AC wasn’t working properly it was too hot, the floor was dirty, didn’t even change our room nor refund us for us to go to different hotel when I couldn’t stay in my room due to hot temperature. The staff on my first day she was rude and her and the manager is unbelievably rude because they didn’t even say sorry for the inconvenience and it was awful. I went there for my graduation and they ruined everything for me. Will not be returning there ever again and save your money and do not go here
And to mind u I was in NY 6/23-6/25 the HOTTEST DAYS in NY and AC was not working
When we said the room was too hot for us to stay they only gave us a fan and later I had to complain again then they sent an portable AC which took them more than 30min to bring it up when I told them I’m literally dying in the room
Soon as we got to the room the floor was wet and when I put the towel down look how the towel got wet and it’s not even water that’s nasty
When I asked send someone to clean this the girl said no one is working to clean it and still nobody came by to clean this up the next day or even the day we checked out so they don’t care

The first room that I was given was pretty small, but they changed to a bit bigger room. There were hair pieces in the room from before, or maybe from the housekeeping staff. The AC was not working and the room was still warm, so when I complained, they brought a portable one into the room with an outlet outside the window. Since the window was open, the noise from the road and vehicles was a problem, and that was not fixed till we checked out. When we got to our hotel room from the day, the bathroom was clogged, so we had to call again and get it unclogged. Overall it was expensive to stay with parking also expensive. the only good thing is that the front desk staff were really nice and friendly.

Based on signage in and around the property, the Hotel was supposedly in a "grand reopening". It did appear clean, and staff was okay, but not overly organized. I purchased the onsite parking and was told that I could go in and out as needed. Upon returning to the hotel from the event we attended, there were no parking spaces available. I explained to the front desk clerk that I had already paid for parking, she told me that unfortunately (for me anyway) that there was nothing she could do. I was very disappointed in the reply a asked where was I going to park? She then began to cry, who was a shock to me (this is NYC after all). I felt awful, but I wasn't yelling or causing a scene of any sort. That was the parking. When we left the hotel for the evening, I set the room AC to 70 degrees. The outside temperature was in the 90s and humid. When we returned, the room was 77 degrees. It was 78 when we woke up. Upon checking out, the clerk had little to say, but "sorry, we've been having some issues with the air conditioning, especially on the upper floors". We were on floor 12. If not for these two issues, I would've given a 4.5 rating. There was no adjustment or discount offered.

The day that we arrived, they charged us $40 for parking, we did a reservation for 4 days. When we walked in our room, it was 87 degrees inside the room and the A/C wasn’t working. We had to wait for someone for more than 45 minutes to come and bring a portable a/c. On our second day, before going out 8:00am, we asked for our room to be clean. We came back around 9:00pm and the room wasn’t clean. I went to the front desk to ask for clean towels so we can take a shower. It took more than one hour and 3 calls to the front desk so we could get some towels. I think that the hotel need to work on customer service and train their employees how to better treat their guests. The stay in this hotel wasn’t cheap and the service was awful.

AC in the rooms didn’t work. I booked 4 rooms, none of the rooms AC worked. Not sure if they were central controlled but it was sat at 74 and the rooms were so humid and wet. Also one of the rooms had a AC that connected to the window but the window was wide open…? couldn’t close the window so bugs were coming in.
