Beautiful property, amazing view (Empire State building), even from the 11th floor you can hear the city life from below but that’s the best part - the city never sleeps! Professional and nice staff. Very popular hotel with a lot of nightlife options. Definitely would stay here again!!

Very friendly staff, hotel room is very small , but clean and bed is comfortable. Could use a small coffe or tea port in the room , but I guess there is no space for it . It’s the smallest hotel room I have ever stayed .

Rooms were not that clean and VERY VERY SMALL. They are European style...not even a closet. The good thing it that they had a bar, restaurant, roof top bar and great location to Nolita. If you don't mind tight spaces in the room - then you will be fine. Bed was comfortable and staff were lovely.

Staff was great but be warned that all rooms are VERY small. Totally fine for a solo trip where you don't need any space but a a couple, its TIGHT. The sink is in the room FYI and the bathroom and shower are separate closures so zero privacy or space

Beware of booking a city view. My view was mostly blocked by a big wall. I found out that a partially blocked view qualifies. The staff is so disconnected and transactional. Not very helpful or friendly.
