We arrive around 10 pm and the staff was kind and welcoming at the check-in. Our room was essential but clean and there was also bathroom products and kettle to drink something warm. It’s a good hotel to stay in the upper west side.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise. The room was small and a bit bare but clean and there was a coffee maker and lots of amenities in the bathroom. The bed was very comfortable.
