Small rooms. Bathroom small too. Especially with three kids. Tv didn’t work, remote control only functioned to lower or raise the volume. No housekeeping, not sure if they just come in based on the time of nights your in the hotel. Front desk was good. No parking lot but was able to find off street parking. To save the $50/night. Overall it was ok.

excellent and very friendly customer service. great family hotel with hearty breakfast, popcorn, coffee throughout the day. room was clean. the walk to the Queensbridge MTA is a little dirty for those who don't like urban habitats, but we never had issue nor felt in danger.

Paid extra for a "city view" and opened the window to a huge ugly factory instead. Then was hit with an unexpected $100 "incase of damage" fee that still hasnt been refunded and its been almost a week. The room was tiny with a tinier bathroom with a barn style door that didn't lock and had gaps if you didn't close it just right.
