Our facilities fee allows us to offer additional amenities for all of our guests. The information regarding our facilities fee is readily available on our website. Upon arrival, I was having difficulties with my debit card trying to pay for the stay. The receptionist went above and beyond to help me figure out what to do! Eventually my card started working and her help with it is what allowed us to complete our stay. Such friendliness every time I saw them!

Hotel is in a great location of town, very safe and much available. My room was accurate to the updated pictures shown. If you're planning on taking the subway, the 6 is very close. Often need transfers to get to most other parts of town. My only complaint it that our room was across from the "smoking room" and while the room did not smell, the hallway going into the room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. Also, while breakfast is offered, it's very simple; cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, bread and coffee. Nothing cooked or hot.

I understand how unpleasant the smell of smoke can be and I'm sorry you had that experience in the hallway. Your feedback has been shared with our housekeeping team to ensure this is not a recurrence. I am sorry that you were disappointed by our daily breakfast offering as well. This style of self-serve continental breakfast is typically not served hot, instead consisting of items like fruit, muffins, donuts, and bagels, and kitchen stand-bys like cereal and yogurt, so you can quickly fuel up before you head out for the day to explore Manhattan. I hope, in that regard, it did the trick! I hope you had fun in the city and we would love to have you stay again on your next visit to New York!

The staff at the front desk was friendly . The room decor was pleasing even though the room was small . The hotel was nice but not great .The phone in our room was out of order . The wifi capability to connect our devices to the television was not operational .

The room was very new, fresh, and clean. It was also very quiet for NYC (at least on a Tuesday). The location feels very safe. The parking garage is just around the corner. I thought the bed was very comfortable. My only tip for management is if you see three people checking in, send up extra towels and bedding for the fold out couch.
