The staff was helpful and pleasant. The room was good size and fairly well appointed but the lighting was way too dark for my wife to apply her makeup and the bed desperately needs to be replaced. Extremely lumpy and slopes to the middle. No restful sleep at all. Will definitely stay again but in a room with a better bed.

This is a residence hotel where the rooms are owned by different owners and other than rooms there are almost zero services offered. There is no room service and no way to have breakfast at the hotel. I wasn’t aware of this fact. The cost is high and the service low.

Pros: - Good water pressure & temp - A/C works well - Large room - Clean sheets / comfortable bed - No pests or vermin - Nice staff - Quiet elevators even for adjacent room Cons: - Room keys frequently need to be reset - Elevator out of commission, down to single elevator - Leak in bathroom faucet, mold behind other faucet/backsplash - Aging fixtures - Some disrepair - gouges in wall, carpet unraveling, broken tile, shade roller chain unanchored from drywall - strange organic debris in kitchen sink I've stayed at better in the area for the same price

Six of my girlfriends and I stayed in the three bedroom. Huge big beautiful place with a balcony there was so much room. We had a fabulous time very clean. Will be going back next time. I’m in New York.!!!!

Great quiet property with convenient location to transportation and shopping. Staff was incredibly kind and accommodating. Room was clean and while a little old, still comfortable and spacious. The only thing I would change is to add curtains to my room’s windows. There were opaque shades but these were not sufficient to block out the light at night. It was bright enough to read without turning a light on.

I understand that your paying for location more than anything but the least they can do when they charge as much as they do is invest in the property. This place hasnt been updated since the 80s it seems. Everything about it was shabby, the bathroom, the bed the old carpet, the weird tv everything just smacks of cheap but prices were anything but cheap and they have the audacity to charge a hidden $28 a night resort fee on top of their exorbitant rate. Wouldnt stay here again unless it was a fraction of the price
