I was pleased with the property; the staff were professional and extremely helpful. My room and bathroom were clean and well maintained. I wasn't happy with the breakfast, I don't typically eat breakfast, but do like a nice cup of coffee in the morning. The coffee was not good, either the staff wasn't verse in how to prepare it or just didn't care. I relayed that the coffee from the carafe was cold and was told to "warm it in the microwave". It also tasted old. Not happy about that. Decided to skipped it for the remainder of my stay. other than that I was happy with the hotel and will probably stay there in the future because of its close approximate to the downtown area and ability to walk.

Room was spacious and clean. Everything was in good repair. Staff was polite and clearly working hard. BUT-- the curtains are only decorative. The sheers hanging on the windows don't give any privacy and the drapes hanging on wither side are just for show and there is NOTHING to cover the window. So, everyone walking past the room in the parking lot can see right in all night long. So, either bring a curtain rod and something to hang, or insist on an upper level room unless you want to be the entertainment for everyone walking/driving past.

Customer service was excellent. I was checked in by a male staff, he was very pleasant, his service throughout my stay was commendable. The hotel is clean, however, the carpet is a little old and could use a facelift. Also, the breakfast area is facing the entrance, I think could put a screen to make the breakfast area a bit more private.
