Hotel overall was good for our family of 5, room was spacious, front desk staff was very friendly and helpful storing luggage, getting extra sheets, pillows, supplies, etc. Water pressure and hot water were issues throughout the stay. Only 1 shuttle running to and from airport, so that took some time to get to and from the hotel. Free breakfast was sufficient and saved a lot of money with a 5 day stay. Pool was OK - hot tub was not hot, not the cleanest pool area but the kids didn't mind. Pretty easy 35-45 minute travel into Manhattan via Uber or 60-75 minute commute via NJ train. Would stay there again for the price and location.

There was no parking we were told we could park across the street at a restaurant but we had to move our car by 6am. Then the shower was clogged, the water backed up when we showered. Then the restaurant in the hotel was due to close at 10p, my family and I went at 9p and we were told they closed because “the cook was tired”. Overall this was the worse Emabassy Suites I have ever stayed at.
