The staff was nice and the bar/restaurant was very good but the hotel was run down. The couch in the room was so filthy I wouldn't even put my luggage on it. While in our room before going to a banquet, the ceiling started leaking water ALOT. We were on the 2nd floor. Apparently their maintenance crew were drilling holes in the wall on the 4th floor and hit a pipe. It was ALOT of water. They moved us to another room. I could see the staff was trying hard, but the facilities were run down and filthy. The exterior looked freshly painted which have us a good impression.

There was a very high pitch sound coming from walls when water in other rooms were on. All night. I complained and they were going to send maintenance but never came. The bed was metal frame. It squeaked every move I made.
