Shuttle service was super slow and really bad!!!! You have to take the airtrain from the airport to get on the shuttle bus and then wait there to get to the hotel.

I got checked out and back into my room. When I asked why I was told I had two separate reservations. I only made one reservation. He got very feisty with me. Then when I asked about the airport shuttle, I was told it left on the half hour. I had a flight to make, but this was perfect. Driver then waited around refusing to leave with just me because more people might be coming. They weren’t, but I got to worry about missing my flight a little more than I should have. Restaurant was adequate, convenience store not too pricey, water pressure good in shower, but overall very dingy. Oh and they didn’t take the trash out when they made up the rooms. Very odd.

I liked the shuttle and that's all! The motel restaurant food was not even close to what was on the menu! I requested an upper level room my request was approved and I still ended up in a room on the first floor. Worst motel experience I have ever had!

I didn't like the fact that we had to pay additional money to park a car. One of our flights was cancelled and then the next one we were booked on was delayed. I understand the hotel is not to blame for this, but we got to the hotel 3:30 Saturday morning and left at 3:00 Sunday morning to fly home, paid for two nights plus for a car.

Staff do there best I guess. but the place is old dirty and smelly the place needs a overhaul. Its only good for a quick pit stop close to airport. I had to stay arrived late and had a 1 year old with me.

The room was not so clean. The sheets were not changed every day. On or second day of stay the cleaning crew took our drinks from the fridge as well as other belongings left in the room
