Good hotel. It just took forever to get my refund back. (3 weeks). When to check in at this hotel, they charge you $75 USD to cover any expenses that you would incur whether or not you are planning to spend money there. The rest was fine.

The hotel NEVER answered my calls after calling 5 different times over 2 days. I was just calling to let them know our flight was delayed and we’d arrive at 2am and to ask about the shuttle but no one ever answered - not a huge deal but super strange for a huge hotel! Room was clean but we heard noises above our room the entire night. We were only in the hotel for about 10 hours so it was good for what we needed. The free airport shuttle was nice.

Comfy rooms and good facilities, nicest hotel breakfast on this trip! Done an excellent job of soundproofing the windows, can watch the planes taking off over the road but not hear a thing. Only gripe would be the noisy TVs, could hear those in the neighbouring rooms, early morning and late at night

Check in agent was not very friendly. I bought breakfast with my stay but she told me that I did not have it. Room was not very clean and the drain in the shower was so slow! Also not very hot water . I don’t think I will stay three ever again.
