Room was fairly clean, conditioner was empty (didnt know until mid shower) you could really hear the people upstairs. It was about 1145pm until the kids up there finally stopped running around. The pool is very small, 3 or more kids in there, and you dont have room to move. All the staff we came in contact with were very nice.

No hot food. Was not available due to problems. Also they do allow pets(dogs) but someone left their dog locked in their room by itself for over 3 hours. The dog was barking for over 3 hours. Front desk did change our room but this room had drain problems with the sink and shower.
