Woodlands House is a beautiful detached converted Barn, next to the owner's home, in the village of South Clifton, between Lincoln and Newark. With two double bedrooms: the master bedroom on the ground floor plus an additional large bedroom with a double and a single bed upstairs, it sleeps five. There is also a bathroom with a power shower over the bath, a fitted kitchen, sitting room and dining area. The property has underfloor heating. Outside there is plenty of off road parking and also garden. Woodlands House is THE SAME PRICE ALL YEAR ROUND £98.00 per night for the whole house (sleeps up to 5 people) minimum 3 night stay. Great place for quiet family stay
We (2 adults and a baby) had a lovely getaway in rural surroundings. The property is extremely pleasant and is a great base for exploring Notts and Lincolnshire.

Lovely quiet break.
I would highly recommend this property for friends,family and it’s even suitable for someone with limited mobility due to the downstairs bedroom and bathroom with ramp. The best of both worlds as it is quiet and secluded but only a short drive from Newark and Lincoln. There is also a Co op within 10 minutes for supplies if you are being reclusive and detaching from society for a few days.

The Most Amazing Stay!
The most amazing stay ever! Stunning property, beautifully furnished and lovely and clean! Private woodlands that are tranquil and easy to walk around without nettles!! 😆😆 Linda and Dean (the hosts) are so accommodating and friendly, nothing is too much trouble for them! Highly recommend this property! I have already booked for another week this year and will definitely be a regular guest!!

Peaceful and comfortable barn conversion
Loved our short stay here. Owners were on hand if needed but truly did give us space and peace. House is beautifully clean and really well appointed. Enough seats for all 5 of us and sounds silly but mirrors at the right house. Often holiday houses look pretty but aren’t practical. This was great!

Deceptively spacious, very well designed, open plan property with modern amenities in a lovely rural village. We had a wonderful stay with teens as the wifi was good! Biked into Lincoln about 12 miles on the very flat local cycle path accessed about a mile away. Would recommend and stay here again.
