Fire Alarm Problems

It was going pretty good until the fire alarm went off at around 6am this morning and the desk said that they knew what it was but couldn’t disable the alarm till the fire department came! It ruined an otherwise restful sleep!! In talking with some of the hotel staff, they said the same thing happened about a week ago! This should definitely be unacceptable!
