There was no heat or hot water throughout the entire hotel. I called 2 hours upon arrival and this important fact was not shared at the time. I paid for a suite and was given a small room which The hotel is in disrepair and rundown. Management and some of the front desk representatives were rude and unbothered by the inconveniences. Room was rundown, bathroom tub was cracked and had mold around the perimeter in various areas. I couldn't go to another hotel because they were sold out. So I was stuck for the entire weekend in a cold room with no hot water and my nieces couldn't stay with me. I'm very disappointed.

When we checked in we were told that he building had no heat. Space heaters would be provided if we needed. When i asked if I would get a discount for the inconvenience, I was informed no due to the fact that I booked through expedia. The front desk staff was very apologetic, but I felt that we should have been compensated.

I took the girls there to go swimming and the pool was down all weekend. They told me when I checked in Friday at the pool would be back up Saturday morning, but come to find out that was a lie. I told them I wouldn’t have checked in on Friday if I knew the pool was gonna be down for the weekend.

Great location and it felt pretty safe overall. The only downside was that the room didn’t have proper humidity ventilation, and the hallway AC made it cold, so we had to use the heater to balance the temperature. Other than that, the staff was super friendly, and the property was very well maintained.

This was one of the nicest rooms i've stayed and it smelled clean!! The only thing is the closet doors could use a touch up of paint and maybe a barn door style bathroom door ..there isn't alot of space when you swing the door open ..other than that very happy.Will stay again if in the area.

The rim was large and the bed was comfortable. There was a desk chair and a soft chair. The soft chair was quite uncomfortable. The sink was quite dirty around the upper inside rim. The desk staff was stellar, very helpful and friendly. The location isn’t near anything and no salability at all.

Close to shopping, food and casino. Right next to airport but quiet. Be advised that this hotel only turns the heat on at a certain time of the year so if you come in the fall and need a bit of heat your heat may not be on. But to their credit the staff did provide a small portable heater for my room which worked just fine. They also were very responsive to my request to fix the light in the bathroom. Very nice and responsive staff
