Me and my friends were there for our friend’s bridal shower. We had a great time. Ian and Sarah were very easy to communicate and understood our situation when we wanted to move our stay to a week earlier and also helped in adjusting our pricing. The house was equipped with phone charges in every room. A hot tub that was great. It had 4 drying racks for your ski shoes/ gloves which was a plus! 2 washing machines and 2 kitchens. We would come back again to this house.

The property is even better than it looks. It is so much bigger inside than you think. Plenty of space for everyone. There was nothing we couldn’t find or needed. Fun family ski vacation

We’ve been skiing at Sunapee with another family and kiddos for a few years. This was our favorite home with its proximity to the mountain and spacious layout. Kids had a great time and only complained on the day we ate out. Sarah and Ian were super responsive and wonderful hosts. Would love to come here again!

I wanted to take a moment to share my thoughts on the exceptional hospitality provided by Ian during our weekend stay with our women's group. Working with Ian has been an absolute pleasure. I can't express enough gratitude for the flexibility and generosity he showed when a snowstorm hit during our stay. Ian went above and beyond by accommodating an extra night for us at no additional cost, ensuring our safe arrival and a seamless experience despite the weather challenges. The house was impeccably prepared with a heated hot tub and prompt snow plowing services, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable even with the 30 inches of snowfall that weekend. I highly recommend choosing this home for any future stays.
