The mattress was very terrible I had to sleep on the floor on my first night there, they changed it the second day anyway, but I am sure the mattress didn’t just go bad, but they still put the room up for bookings. Also the heating does almost nothing to reduce the cold in the room. The kitchen was nice though.

Shocking .
Absolutely shocking.. got All the way there to be told they didn't have my booking .. absolutely no help . Clearly a flat above a shop .. I was told there was no room having to call the place myself .. Offered a place on the other side of the city with no way to get there in the dark..

Avoid if you can. Lack of communication from the company. They told me to go to a particular room and it was occupied. Toilet locks are not working, be prepared someone can walk into you.

Nice comfortable flat in good area in Sunderland. Communication good only downside was entry door was bolted a couple of times by the neighbouring flat however they came down on both occasions to let me in. Recommend this property.
