We had issue with our original property. However, it was esybto communicate with the staff and they promptly moved us to a different property which is even much more better than the previous. Staff were courteous and responded to our needs promptly. Its been less than a few days we moved out. Hence, i am awaiting a refund of the deposit paid. Otherwise, i appreciate the service provided.

Very average rooms.
Slow responses from the staff meant that I had to wait around 25 minutes before I could get into the rooms. When I got there the "apartment" was actually two rooms (one bedroom with en suite & a converted bedroom with kitchenette) separated by a shared stairwell so wasn't a private apartment as advertised. Finally the WiFi wasn't working for 6 of the 8 nights I stayed there.

Great property customer service needs work
Fantastic property in terms of value for Money. However the communication and issues with booking payment caused many problems including leaving me outside for 2 hours. However this was addressed by allowing me to check out later
