The hotel itself is fine. Great staff, very friendly and helpful. Good location, especially when arriving by car. Alas, I was charged twice for the room, and am still waiting for this error to be resolved. Whether this was due to a glitch with Hotels.com or the hotel is a good question.

Check in was slow as only 1 person on the desk. Breakfast was ok at best. Shower gel in the bathroom had run out. Hotel is a little out of the way and £10 parking is not cheap

Comfy, clean but a bit noisy.

Comfy, clean and great staff. Just a bit noisy at night. And what seemed a lot of emails and WhatsApp’s in the days before and after the stay.
