Very welcoming host

We (Myself and my other half) enjoyed a one night stay last weekend.Ended up needing a really late check in, after the pub was closed. The manager was great, met us at the door and showed us straight to our room. The room was large with a four poster bed. The bed was really comfortable. I would stay there again, and would recomend it to friends

Good location, nice hotel, breakfast a little disappointing. Hotel had ran out of orange juice. Toast seemed like cheap thin sliced loaf? Was expecting a better quality of bread. However this would not stop me from staying again

Disliked: Amenities
The hotel was virtually deserted. We didn’t see anyone else staying in the hotel or in the bar. The hotel was locked up before 9pm. No food available. Only two tea bags and a few sachets of coffee in the room. Window in the room wouldn’t open and the sink in the bathroom blocked.
