We loved the water park. My Fiancé. was disappointed that there was no hair driver in the bathroom. And that there was onlt 2 bath towels.

It was clean and the workers were friendly. The game room had several broken games. The waterpark was pretty cold, including the water. Grandkids didn't want to swim long due to water temp.

Great Stay & time with the kids

Had a great stay. Ladies at the front desk were friendly & fast. All of the furnishings were up to date & esthetically pleasing. Only thing in my room that was off was my mattress. It had an indent in the upper half of it like somebody had previously slammed down into the bed & caused a problem with the frame. Also missing a microwave. The food in the flatwater cafe was great & service was super friendly. The breakfast was also great. The arcade is very reasonably priced for the games. The lady who works in the arcade gets flustered easily & i had to hear her rant about how much she hated her job & how she only had it for the insurance while she fixed the game card machine. There was a gentleman who was super friendly throughout our stay. I assume he was a manager of some kind. First saw him helping clean rooms, he stopped what he was doing just to help me. He continued to offer help & ask how we were doing everytime he saw us & i really appreciated it. The waterpark was great & lifeguards seemed super attendant. Will be coming back!

Everything was clean and well taken care of. There was no fridge or microwave which was not a problem for me. For me the bed was not very comfortable. Of course that is just me. Overall happy.

They gave us a room with a full and 4 bunk beds. The lighting is terrible. Not one light switch in the whole place. They weren’t busy yet out is way down the hall with a bunch of little kids. Front desk girl was less than pleasant. Dining staff was great. Concert was great, Bed was lumpy and pillows sucked.

My husband and I drove about an hour and a half and was extremely pleased with our experience. We went for a concert it was awesome the staff that we had encountered were top notch. Rooms was clean comfortable. Water park enjoyed it immensely. Was our best experience on getting away, comfortable relaxed environment. This is a must return. Thank you seven clans for a great experience.

Bring Clorox wipes

Cleanliness of the bunks in the room was a little questionable. Bring Clorox wipes and be prepared to wipe down the bunks if you're booking a family suite. Overall it was a decent stay, we were just a little taken back that the bunk beds weren't clean.
