Limited breakfast selection. The isle way from the front desk to the rooms had an area where the floor was not mopped for the whole week, it was a spill or some kind of sticky stain that stayed at that spot for the whole week. It seemed no one in the hotel management cared about cleaning it up.

Great weekday rate. They used to offer a hot breakfast but now it's continental. Can't complain too much as no other hotel in that price range offers breakfast.

Waterpark was great for the kids. Limited dining options at the hotel. Breakfast the first morning was a nightmare. Long line and only two waffle makers for 50+ guest. The second morning that had a hot breakfast available which was nice and not every guest was waiting for one available item

I looked under my beds sheets. My mattress cover was covered in yellow stains and human hair that did not belong to me. They took over four hours to take care of this problem and they didn’t even come in and take care of it. They had us change it with a king when we needed a queen And then got mad when we stripped all the sheets and mattress pad for the next people that came to stay there. I normally strip the beds at other hotels anyway, but I definitely did it at this one to make sure the next person that stayed there had to clean room plus my room was supposed to be non-smoking and all I could smell and all the hallways was smoke. The only thing good about the trip was the waterpark.

The waterpark was great! The hotel stay had some issues. The pillows, blankets, and shower had hair left. The phone did not work. Kids were allowed to run up and down the hallways screaming until after midnight when I had to call the front desk to kindly ask them to make it stop. The bunk bedroom did not have its own remote to the tv so we had to share. I did ask the front desk for an extra remote and they brought one to the room. The breakfast was great.

Waterpark only on weekends

We were disappointed to find out the waterpark is closed all week during our check in, but excited about the arcade - until we tried to go play. Half the machines out of service, and the gameplay was so expensive(typically casino arcades are cheaper and since it’s all swipe card it’s hard to tell how much each play is even costing). The prizes in the machines were Oriental Trading garbage, so you pay to play and if you’re lucky enough to win - you’re still not really winning. Breakfast was the same thing - they only have full breakfast on weekends. The kids were happy with waffles and cereal, and very happy to get chocolate milk so that was nice. The room AC was nice and cool, and the room is a good size. The beds were not comfortable and the mattress kept sliding off. The pillows were very comfy, though! The kids really enjoyed the “haunted” tv that kept changing channels. I wish the room had a fridge and microwave, because traveling with kids means a lot of snacking and this location is a bit far from everything. Staff was friendly and kind. Common areas are beautiful and looked very cozy. If I were traveling alone or with a partner those would be a nice spot to hangout and enjoy the free wifi which was very fast. Overall it isn’t a bad hotel, and their pricing is fair. I hope to return when the water park is open and hopefully the arcade will all be working. I will say the rubber duck claw machine is super fun, and also a big hit with the kids. :)

Overall the stay was fine. Rooms need to be updated immediately. It would be nice if the cigarette smell from the casino could be filtered out of the rest of the hotel.
