The stay was good the room was very clean the air conditioner didn't work very well. Wish it had a mini fridge and microwave. Not enough vending machine soft drinks or snacksnit a lot of choices. Only had one restaurant. They price was great clean and comfortable rooms and bed contanential breakfast was on spot enjoyed gambling. Will be coming back O

This is an indoor water park. I traveled from OKC with my 5 grandchildren to experience the water park and it was small and the water was 70 ish degreesIt was ice cold the entire trip. We couldn't enjoy ourselves and it ruined our trip. Apparently it's been that way for months and they're still taking people's money without getting the problem fixed. They have a gaming area and the internet drops constantly as well. So the games either don't work or it takes out money! The staff both in the gaming area AND the water area complained quite a bit. They're tired of making excuses. There weren't many dining options. The food was terrible and i was so grateful we brought snacks. I will NEVER visit this place again.

Noisy until 2Am with kids running up and down the hallways. No fan in the bathroom so taking a dump in peace and quiet is impossible. Bed are probably the most uncomfortable thing I've slept on since the floor at my house. If you're going to be labeled as a "resort" casino, than there needs to be better protocols in place to minimize complaints and improve morale and guest experiences.

The staff was very nice and the room was good. We were bummed that it was not easily stated the water park and arcade are not open everyday. We were disappointed after a long drive to not be able to go swimming.

The central air conditioning was busted. Only had AC in our actual room. Everywhere else, including the casino floor and dining resturant were hot. Its late June, so you can only imagine how miserable my family and I were.

Upon checking in the front entrance has birds nest in numbers. To go to my car the next morning there’s bird poop covered all on my car. Also after calling room service for extra towels I was told to come pick them up at the front desk myself, and after going there I was told they’re out and housekeeping will bring you some. Well that never happened because I waited until it was almost time to check out. Breakfast was very disappointing with nothing but cereal and a waffle to choose from. No fruit and no protein or eggs. A very nice facility that’s lacking attention.

Easy access from hotel to casino. Be aware the casino has different hours and might not open until 10 a.m. and closes early depending on the day. You can request a room closer to the casino. Also has a water park kids area. Requesting room closer to casino also avoids kid traffic. Food restaurants casino and hotel were reasonable.

It seems that you only get the expected services and amenities if you stay at this hotel and casino over the weekend! The water park was not open, there is no hot breakfast (except on the weekends, I am told), the staff was not helpful, and I left after one night of my 4 night stay. Then they would not cancel my reservation and refund the additional nights, even thought the place was not up to any kind of standards. Good riddance!
