Just under two hours from London, Bears House is one of three quaint wood cabins located in Brinkley, Newmarket, perfect for those looking to disconnect from busy life. Enjoy a hot tub, yoga in the treehouse, games on the green, al fresco dining, or a romantic row boat ride under the stars at this magical retreat. With shops, eateries, museums and much more, the vibrant city of Cambridge and the historic town of Newmarket are within easy reach.

Bears House is one of three hidden cabins with a kitchenette, spacious sitting room and sleeping accommodation for two people in a comfy double bedroom.

The fully-equipped kitchenette offers a mini-fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster. The separate sitting room has a sofa and a television, and boasts views out over the gardens and lake. Outside, a decked area featuring a barbecue as well as garden furniture.

Each cabin has its own private shower room just a short walk away from the cabin, with a shower, WC and basin.

For relaxation, unwind in the covered electric hot tub, nestled outdoors for year-round enjoyment.

We take playfulness seriously, which is why we provide a complimentary badminton net for some light-hearted fun. whether you're a beginner or a seasoned player. There’s also a seasonal putting green, inviting guests of all ages to enjoy friendly competition in the fresh air. Each cabin offers a private gated decking balcony, complete with a barbecue, table, and chairs. Embrace outdoor living and relish in al fresco dining surrounded by nature's beauty.
The lake adds a truly magical touch. Take a row boat out and glide across the water to Duck Island, home to friendly ducks and their adorable ducklings. Observing these native creatures in their natural habitat is a heart-warming experience that brings nature even closer to your stay.

Looking for the perfect picnic spot? Head to the charming gazebo, where you can savour a meal surrounded by nature and stunning views. Or venture up to the treehouse platform, home to a large family table, perfect for shared moments or peaceful yoga sessions high above the ground.

Located just outside of Newmarket, the site is under two hours drive from London, making it a great escape for those that want to get away hassle free.

Although the cabins are designed for two guests they can accommodate up to four guests for an additional £50.00 per guest per night.
The extra guests will have to bring their own bed linen or we can supply bed linen for each extra guest for an extra £10.
There is a sofa bed or a put up bed can be provided
